I havent been here for a while because i’ve been writing on my other blog, ain’t no mountain high enough, about my time here in Colorado (you should check it out.) but I wanted to share the trailer for a movie i saw here about a week ago. Warren Miller is this guy who’s been traveling the world and making ski movies for years. They show them in places like CO and ski towns before the winter to get people pumped about skiing and snowboarding. it worked for me.
Good Clean FUN…. I’d prefer Coke though.
Last night was the second episode of Project Runway season 6, which my friend, Carol Hannah Whitfield, is competing! It is so fun to watch her on TV. She has made two beautiful dresses and I can’t wait to see what else she designs. I know she is going to win some of the competitions because she is so very talented. I am crossing my fingers that CH goes far in the competition and I know she could win it !!!! Good Luck CH! (picture is her working on the show)
I love using SKYPE!
Just a suggestion for Michael and Rita……

getting more excited about living in Colorado every day!!
Walking home on King Street today it started thundering really super loud and i looked up to see a HUGE dark cloud and lightening bolts galore, even though it wasn’t raining at all. I turned the corner around a building saw the edge of the dark cloud right next to the sun and the other half of the sky was beautiful. I got a quick shot on my phone.
Of course all the action happened on my day off. A guard saw two swimmers never come up from the water. After almost 2 hours of submerged victim dives by many lifeguards, Folly public safety, and coast guard, 911 received an anonymous call saying that the people they were looking for were okay.
